    • With these in place, should human trafficking still be occurring?

    • Do these places have common factors in their country or culture that might explain why they are more involved than other places?
  • Who is most involved with human trafficking?
    • Do these people have common factors in their lifestyle or culture that might explain why they are more involved than other people?
  • When did human trafficking become a global issue?
    • Did something occur around this time that could've sparked the public's awareness of the issue?
